International customers may prepay by Wire Transfer or PayPal.
ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS MUST HAVE MATCHING BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES. ANY FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS WILL BE ASKED TO SEND OVER A FORM OF IDENTIFICATION. PROVIDING A COPY OF PROPER IDENTIFICATION AT THE SAME TIME AN ORDER IS PLACED WILL ENSURE FASTER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME. IF A CUSTOMER DOES NOT WISH TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION, AN ALTERNATE FORM OF PAYMENT OTHER THAN CREDIT CARD MUST BE USED TO PROCESS THE ORDER.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS ON HOLD WITH UNCONFIRMED FULL PAYMENT THAT ARE PLACED VIA PAYPAL, OR BANK WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
IN CASE OF DIFFICULTIES PROCESSING YOUR CREDIT CARD, PLEASE SAVE YOUR ORDER UNDER PAYPAL AND CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER IS MADE TO AVOID YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELLED.
1. Credit/Debit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Credit Card billing address must match the shipping address.
Complete your shopping cart process; once you have reached the end, you will choose PayPal Checkout as your payment method.
To be eligible for COD, you must have placed at least 3 orders. An additional $10 handling fee will be applied to all COD orders. Also, all COD's must be money orders. Please prepare the COD ahead of time and Fax a copy to: (949) 769-6485.
For all COD's, it is required that you pay a 30% deposit of the total amount of your order due to security reasons before we process your order. This 30% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. At the time of final payment, you will only pay the difference from the 30% deposit.
We are not able to provide destination country tax or duty charge if it is occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees which are collected from your country, before you place the order at 2Sable.com. We will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuses to accept the package, (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package, 2Sable.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refunds.
Please contact us by phone and/or e-mail to cancel orders placed with us at email@example.com. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day or before any further transactions are completed. You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order. Cancellations require authorization before completion of order and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the cancelled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be updated in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
