• Orders will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of full payment depending on the availability of goods. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day


• We'll adjust invoice if:


1) S&H was not charged on original invoice


2) Shipping method changed (including wrong shipping method selected)


3) Additional order is placed


• The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs from incorrect addresses or refused shipments


• The correct amount will be charged to your credit card when there is an adjustment on the invoice


• Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless otherwise specified


• A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. We do not ship APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses in the States


• We offer shipping by FedEx Ground and 2nd Day for domestic purchases


• We ship worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, and Syria.
